Requirements:
– Fluency in Spanish & English (required)
– Self-motivation, drive, and a track record of exceeding goals
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Sales experience preferred, with a focus on consultative sales
– Financial services experience a plus

– Assess their financial situation and provide tailored solutions
– Build rapport, establish trust, and guide clients towards financial freedom
– Ensure compliance with sales transactions and contribute to our dynamic team
Requirements:
– Motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
– Proven success in exceeding goals in fast-paced sales environments
– Sales experience preferred, with a focus on consultative sales
– Financial services experience a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:

– Average annual compensation: $150,000 (base + commission + bonus)
